Community Costs

We understand that choosing a Senior Living Community for yourself or for a loved one can feel like an overwhelming task and honestly, pretty confusing. That's why we make this process as simple and transparent as possible. This goes for our pricing structure as well. Below is a guide to cost, care and other amenities.

Determine Level of Care

Now that you have selected an apartment, let’s talk about care. The number one reason people move into a Senior Living Community is because  they need some kind of support or assistance with the Activities of Daily Living. What are Activities of Daily Living? They include dining, assistance with medication, mobility, bathing, dressing, etc... In order to get the appropriate care level, our Wellness Director will assess each potential resident before they move into the community. This way everyone can be onboard with cost and what to expect in terms of daily support.

Additional Services

Now take the cost of the apartment, add the care level price, and that will give you your monthly rate. Besides your monthly rate there are a few additional costs  you may elect to add.

     • Beauty/Barber Shop Services

     • Incontinences Supplies: Briefs, Wet Wipes, Creams, etc...

     • Private one on one companion care

     • Motion Detecting Package for added safety while in the apartment.
